Clash of Titans: La Liga Crushes YouTube Subscribers While The Premier League Dominates Views

YouTube’s biggest football channel growth of 2025 comes from Spain! But the Premier League is ahead of every football league with 15.6 Billion Total Views.

We analysed YouTube metrics (subscribers, views, uploads) for teams from the five biggest European leagues, as well as the Saudi Pro League and MLS, over the past year, and here are the results…

La Liga has the highest Total Subscriber Numbers of League Teams Combined, with 52.3 million, followed by the Premier League, with 51.1 million, and Serie A is in third place with 19.3 million.

In terms of Total YouTube Views by Football League, the Premier League is far ahead of all leagues, with 15.6 billion views, followed by La Liga with 9.7 billion views, and then the Bundesliga with 4.3 billion total views.

When it comes to the total number of video uploads, La Liga is the winner with 118K videos, followed by Serie A with 98K videos and the Premier League with 87.7K video uploads.

Note: We compiled this report by comparing clubs’ current YouTube stats with our data from June 2024. Please note that relegated teams from last season, newly promoted teams, and clubs without YouTube channels are not included in this analysis.
