We are looking for a native Spanish speaking YouTuber, motivated and fun to work with, who can bring on board, grow & manage YouTube Channels of Individual and/or professional content creators and media companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creator outreach, new business development & content acquisition for the Network
• Manage a large number of individual and/or professional content creators’ / media companies’ YouTube channels
• Channel management: create, manage support channel and audience development activities
• Day to day partner management: resolve business issues and help troubleshoot partner requests
• Work cross-functionally to identify new business opportunities
• Build promotion & marketing assets/materials for BuzzMyVideos Network
• Identify, develop and sustain the Spanish & Latin American Creator’s community

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of the Spanish/Latin American YouTube content and trends
• BA/MA/BS
• Be a self-starter & solid problem solver
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills required
• Having great time management and analytical skills required
• Think out of the box & provide easy and quick solutions to complex issues
• Experience in creative/community/editorial for an online content company, or production/development company
• First hand experience as a YouTuber and channel management skills
• A fluent English and Spanish speaker (speaking Portuguese or any other European language is ideal)
