We just analysed YouTube views and subscribers for teams from the five biggest European leagues, as well as the Saudi Pro League and MLS, over the past year, and here are the results.*

𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗧𝗛

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Premier League clubs led all league clubs with 3.96B new views. Arsenal alone gained 1.1B, a +73% jump, more than the entire Saudi Pro League.

🇪🇸 La Liga clubs weren’t far behind at 3.86B, but Barcelona (2.02B) and Real Madrid (993M) accounted for the 77% of the La Liga clubs’ views. Osasuna quietly grew +313%.

🇩🇪 Bundesliga Clubs: Bayern Munich added 709M views (+27%). TSG Hoffenheim were the surprise package at +142% views growth.

🇮🇹 Serie A Clubs: Inter Milan led with 409M (+55%), but newly promoted Como grew their views by +156%, one of the standout stories across all 7 leagues.

🇫🇷 Ligue 1 Clubs: PSG pulled in 740M views (+62%). Every other club in Ligue 1 combined? 202M. The gap is extraordinary.

🇺🇸 MLS Clubs: San Diego +643%, Minnesota United +323%, Colorado Rapids +237%, Vancouver Whitecaps +245%. The league is growing fast.

🇸🇦 Saudi Pro League Clubs reached 209M total, with Al Quadsiyah, a newly tracked club, growing +133% in views.

𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗧𝗛

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Premier League clubs gained 6.30M new subscribers combined. Manchester United led at 1.2M, but Sunderland’s +82% subscriber growth was the real story.

🇪🇸 Atlético Madrid topped the subscriber growth in La Liga at 4.47M, ahead of both Barcelona and Real Madrid.

🇮🇹 Inter Milan dominated with 7.03M, but Como’s +1,543% growth rate is almost unbelievable for a newly promoted club.

🇫🇷 Ligue 1 Clubs: PSG led with 1.21M subs, with Monaco at #2 with 196K.

🇩🇪 Bundesliga Clubs: Bayern (620K) and Dortmund (180K), then a cliff edge.

🇺🇸 MLS Clubs: Los Angeles FC topped the table at 133K, edging Inter Miami (127K). 

🇸🇦 Saudi Pro League Clubs: Al Nassr led subs growth at 160K, narrowly ahead of Al Hilal (130K).
